black mold rusted rack
The breakfast included fresh pastries. That was acceptable.
The cleanliness was certainly lacking. there was black mold visible in the shower. That was really gross. the heated towel rack was rusted. Rust got all over the white towels. it was like they were trying to nickel and dime me with extra charges.

great space fantastic staff perfect location garbage dumpster dark room extra parking
The staff looked after us well! i received an upgrade to a suite. breakfast had loads of choice. The breakfast area was a great space to enjoy. the location was perfect with easy access to the city center and shopping.
The room felt dark and small. the hotel sits in an alley with a garbage dumpster. This made it unappealing. they forgot to mention that parking cost extra so i was charged €135 upon departure.

modern decor comfortable beds wet room
the location was very central, very close to the town center. the room featured modern decor and comfortable beds. i found the wet room very nice.
the checkout person was rude to my husband and cut him off mid sentence.
